SANTA FE – Volunteers are needed to help place American flags on each headstone of the Santa Fe National Cemetery in preparation for the annual Memorial Day Service. Flag placement will begin at 9 a.m. on May 25 at the National Cemetery, located at 501 N. Guadalupe Street in Santa Fe.  Volunteers will also be needed to help remove the flags and assist with storage, starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29.  The actual Memorial Day Service will begin at 10 a.m. on May 28.  For more information, please contact the Santa Fe National Cemetery at (505) 988-6400.
